Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software, code, designs, and documentation developed by Bitrate remain the intellectual property of Bitrate until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the developed solution as specified in the project contract.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project execution. Bitrate is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Bitrate strives for excellence, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services, including data loss or business interruptions caused by third-party platforms or external factors beyond our control.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
